RULES
• The event is run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2009
• It is the responsibility of each competitor to familiarise themselves
with these rules
• Hard Hats to Pony Club standard, which will be checked when numbers
collected
• Objections must be lodged in writing accompanied by £10 deposit
• Judges decision is final
• Horses must be 5 years or over – stallions only with organisers
permission
• No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or accident to persons,
property or animals
• Medical Arm Bands and Back Protectors compulsory for XC phase
• HEALTH & SAFETY The Organiser of this event has taken every reasonable
precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present is protected.
For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions
to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of
the organiser, judges, stewards and officials
